Netscape Mail

I am currently using Netscape communicator as my browser and mail client
but would like to start using Mozilla for both of these.  I am new to
Linux and don't know how I can move my address book and current messages
from Netscape to Mozilla.  I have tried to use the import function but
it doesn't see Netscape :(

How can I get the the Netscape or AIM messenger to sit in my tab on the
side?  Can I do that with ICQ as well?
