I thought about this for a while after I read it.  The first thing I
thought was "WHAT?!?!"  Then I thought about it some more.  A correctly
written cgi (or other server side script/process) would have sent a
"Content type:" header of image/jpeg.  Once again, I put my brain into
hyper-drive without engaging a thought process first. ;-)
