java and flash

Ok heres the story
I had mozilla 0.9.1 running on my debian box nicely, 
but it crashed every time I closed it so I just upgraded 
to 0.9.2, but now all my plugins are gone.....

What links should I recreate and to what files
NB: There was something extra that had to be done last time
and I cant remember what that was so please help.
