Sounds like a Bug. on Mac version go to page setup choose desired specs.
then close page setup. Then quit Moz. Then open Moz and check the
settings see if they stuck. I've found that is you you have a crash of
Moz (N6 or Communicator) then any preferences you set just previous to
the crash will be lost.
