Install failure

Can no longer run or install Mozilla - DrWatson kicks in every time.
Have tried all possible variants.
0.9.2 was working until I added a theme (I won't say which) which failed
to install automatically on download.

Have removed totally with CleanSweep, run RegEdit and manually edited
all "Mozilla"s from the registry. Twice.

Shame. Was working beautifully. Will be my preferred browser.

NT 4.0 SP6a, PIII 500MHz, 256MB

Any ideas?
