If this is not the proper place for this post, please direct me to
the right address. I'm new to the ways of the lizard.

My d/l of M0.9.2 (Build 200162815) showed two separate sets of
imported IE5.5 favorites. They looked the same, so I deleted one of
them. Perhaps they were the same; I dunno. All I know is that, now,
the one that I did not delete doesn't work. It contains the
descriptions of the target, and then the ".url" extension. When I go
to click on one (this example is the Yahoo! map/driving instructions
page), the address bar reads:

file:///C|/WINDOWS/FAVORITES/Yahoo%21/Maps%20and%20Driving%20Direction
s.url

and the screen reads:

[DEFAULT]
BASEURL=http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py

[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py
Modified=C015B98CA37FBF01F

So,yes, the info is there for me to cut and paste and make it work,
but this is not much of a shortcut. Is there some way to import my
IE bookmarks/favorites so they actually work as shortcuts?

TIA
