n.p.m.security definitely exists.
Remember that the netscape.* hierarchy isn't really an
official USENET hierarchy. It's a private hierarchy on
Netscape's snews.netscape.com newsserver, and some
news servers carry some of the groups.
Try using the news.mozilla.org server. It carries all of
the n.p.m.* groups.
