Can't open mozilla 9.2

Hi,
I use mozilla 9.2 on Window NT. But I can't reopen mozilla with the 
original profile after mozilla crashes. Everythimg I have to recreate a 
new profile to restart mozilla. I has no problem on using Netscaep 6.1. 
Can anyone help?
