Look Garth,

I don't resort to calling you names, question ones intelligence, imply
one is retarded.

I have patiently explained this problem. Nobody seem to take me seriously.

Just because it doesn't affect you doesn't mean it doesn't affect me.

If you've never expreinced the problem more power to you.

I'd love to send a screen shot of such to you in Jpg format so that you
can see what i am talking about.

Just because one feels like doing so, doesn't mean someone can or
should.

If there is no fomatting referenced to fonts what is :

Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Fonts for.

There has to be a reference marker somewhere to trigger the use of a
given font.
When I receive such a post, The post is shown in a size and font sytle I
do not have set to view.

I've even tried using the setting : "Use my fonts -overriding page
specified fonts" just to see if it would make a difference. It doesn't.

If that's the case the Communicator has been broke since Netscape 3.0 days.

I've submitted to Netscape even sent samples and jpg images of samples
they can't figure out what's going on other than the common demoninator
is Printed Quotable MIME Encoding.

When saving such a file in order to save you must save as "SOURCE" not
as "TEXT". This indicates that at least its handled as a "Graphic" not
as text.

Okay let's say it acts like a graphic.

Also when I uncheck View > Attachments inline then all text disappears
and I see the box indicating an attchment and shows as Printed Quotable
Mime Encoding.

Yes I know what Printed-Quotable is "supposed to be".

No more than other people here.

Well if this is a bug, its been around since Navaigator 3.0 days.
Looks like if such a bug existed that long someone would have seen it.
the people in Mac division at netscape are pretty smart cookies. They
wouldn't let a bug like this to run this long with out at least
acknowledging the problem.

Okay, I won't speak on this subject again.

Actually the original thread was posted to the two groups I never
changed that. Yes i know I can. I don't need a lecture on that.
