The MAIL folders are the same format; simply copy the folders
(the ones WITHOUT extensions) into the N6 MAIL folder.
However, you're screwed for the addressbooks. They need to
exported from Communicator to an .ldif file.
YOu might try a conversion utility like Dawn to convert the
PAB.NA2 into a *.csv file, then you can IMPORT it into N6.xx as
a text file.
