Mozilla and OEMs

Are there any talks in getting OEMs to adopt Mozilla for their
computers and toss out IE? They've been granted more breathing room
from the Justice Dept as well as Microsoft. 

They could use the skins to rebrand Mozilla entirely in their image,
set up tech support areas loaded with the browser, and whatever. No
fees, no restrictions, help loosen the Microsoft yolk somewhat, etc.
