Application Data is used for whole load of stuff besides Mozilla. You'll 
find a lot of Microsoft crap in there too.

I don't know if you can move the entire Mozilla directory to another 
drive but you can try to move parts of it. (I have no clue about other 
folders inside Application Data).

e.g.
- You can move your mail folders and edit your prefs.js to point to the 
new location. Lok into Edit->mail/News Prefs->Server settings. Trhere'sa 
box somewhere that specifies the local directory location.
- You can change your cache directory

Maybe you can create a new profile and tell it to use a different 
directory (drive). I think that should definitely solve your problems. 
Then you can copy over all the stuff you want from the old location to 
the new one. Be careful though. Such a task may not be smoot (to say the 
least).

I've never tried anything that I've written so don't blame me if 
everything crashes.
