Okay. Here's the window title (both windows):

Followed by an OK button. Press the button, and you get an identical
error message, except the entry point referenced is:

??-7nsLocalString@@6B@

After this, Mozilla seems to run normally. But the two boxes pop up
every time it starts. 

I probably should have copied the actual boxes and uploaded JPGs
somewhere; let me know if that would be helpful.
