howdy all,
hey i'm having a devil of a time trying to get mozilla (under linux) to launch
any
helper apps. for instance under...edit -> preferances -> navigator
-> helper applications...i have setup the mime type for audio/x-mpeurl to
launch xmms %s for file extintions .pls or .m3u....
i'm running andromeda (http://www.turnstyle.com/andromeda/) on a linux
box for my mp3 archive. when i go to have mozilla to download and play my
play list all i get is a blank page. yet under netscape 4.77 (number
linux or windows) it will launch xmms and play the play list same is true
under window$ 8x or 2k.
this situation is true for other file types like any real audio file. help?
my setup is....
red hat linux 7.1
athlon 650
512 megs ram
mozilla 0.93 (but this did not work under 0.92 either)
