Then he can't call himself a Webdesigner.
Everybody can throw out bad HTML code, a real Webdesigner knows what he 
is doing and when he finds an error knows how to fix it, or at least he 
can then study the documentation on standars to learn another new thing.

Of course, this supposing that it isn't a bug in the browser ;-)
