It's broken I think, but still there.
In your user profile folder you'll find a subfolder called "chrome", in
there create a file called usercontent.css and add the following lines:
.moz-txt-sig, .moz-signature {
color: red !important;
}
.moz-txt-sig > a, .moz-signature > a {
color: CC0033 !important;
}
--> this example displays sigs in red color.
You can use any color you want. AFAIR if you use "none" instead of a
color no sigs will be displayed at all.
