Float problems with 0.9.3?

I apologize if this is already in Bugzilla, but I couldn't find it.

http://www.ohiolink.edu/~tdowling/float.html shows a problem in 0.9.3 
that I never experienced in previous versions.  Two block-level elements 
with "float: left" style settings display with the second element 
creating its box in the right place, but writing its content over the 
first element.  Is this a known issue?
