But how do you make it never come back.  I hit F9 and the next time I 
open a window, there it is again.  It also doesn't remember the size it 
used to be, so I have a tiny little browser with the sidebar that I have 
to hit F9 and resize.  Hitting the button on the slider bar doesn't make 
it stay away either.
