Peter, you don't even know what the mail6 keyword is or what it's used
for (one of the reasons it should go away). the mail1-6 keywords are
used by Netscape mail-news managers to triage bugs for Netscape 6.x
releases. They have _nothing_ to do with Mozilla. You simply don't have
enough understanding of the process to continue arguing here. Find
something else to do. Maybe you can write a "getting started" document
or something. If you really care about helping new developers get
involved with Mozilla then write some documentation.
