If you want properly-rendered pages, there is a Windows browser called
K-Meleon which uses some Mozilla bits (mostly the Gecko HTML renderer):

It's still in beta, but coming along nicely.

Probably. But you might want to look at 98-Lite if you REALLY want to run
Windows but save resources. It's a project to get the bloat out of Windows,
and by crikey there's a lot of it:
