My untried suggestion.

1. Close all Mozilla windows
2. Open your prefs.js file (in <profile-dir>/Application 
Data/Mozilla/*.slt directory or somewhere there)
3. Change the following line

user_pref("browser.cache.directory", "<some-path>");

to point to wherever you want it to be. Start Mozilla again and you 
should be fine.
