run mozilla -profilemanager, click create profile, enter or browse. -- something like

If you already have other profiles, you can use the profilemanager to remove them.

there's a bug asking for an easy way to do this. until then you can do:

rename or move the directory [#1] out of the way,
create a new profile (as above) where you want it [#2]
move/copy the files from the old [#1] directory into the new directory [#2]

beware of *.slt, so... to find your old/new directory, look for prefs.js
-this suggestion may not be valid in future versions.
