Licensing Statistics (2001-08-24)

Total number of files:       37694
Total number of NPLed files: 11110
Total number of MPLed files: 5017
Total number of GPLed files: 2135

These numbers are actually from a cvs checkout from a few days ago, but
I'm just getting the script warmed up.  The total number of files
probably includes compiled binaries/object files as well as source, so
is probably somewhat meaningless.  The other numbers are accurate, I
double-checked them with Why2K's Search.

The number of NPLed files is... rather higher than what I was expecting.
