Before attempting to debug the problem try getting a current builds. The
last release was 0.9.3 and we're very close to 0.9.4 so I recommend a
nightly build. Make sure to get the talkback.zip or select complete in
the installer.exe build so that you get Talkback installed. Try creating
a new profile and then setting up a new mail account. run mozilla.exe
-profilemanager and see where a new profile and account get you. If you
still crash hopefully Talkback will catch the crash and offer to send in
a crash report. I can access that report and should be able to get a
stack trace from it.
