Sorry, I screwed up here. JTK - thanks for pointing it out. I should
have said "mozilla.org cannot accept patches to change the license on
these files from NPL to anything else without the permission of
Netscape." You are correct when you say that, because of the special
provision in the NPL, mozilla.org would not need to ask the copyright
holders for permission to do this if Netscape decided to do it.
I'm not going to say any more on the license issue except "have
patience, we haven't forgotten it".
