Then the Hundreds of "Users" testing Mozilla are assumed can not not
find a bug or report a found bug simply because they are not a programmer

I'm sure the persona has seen or used a text editor (BBEdit, BBedit
Lite, Tex-Edit Plus, or whatever) if he has been around a computer more
than a month.
