You're right there. Showing the headers all the time is like putting a
full two-inch letterhead on every page of a letter, instead of just on
the first page.

Well I'd like to say that that's a completely unreasonable attitude,
that Seamonkey's mail/news UI has improved upon that of 4.x in every
respect and is continuing to become more usable all the time.
I'd like to say that ... but I can't. :->
