It's a self-extracting archive (.EXE) as opposed to a .ZIP file that
must be UNzipped and THEN dbl-clicking an install.exe or setup.exe
Dbl-clicking a SEA .exe file will auto-start the installer and proceed
as if you started a startup.exe or install.exe file.
