Links Drawn Funky in Recent Builds

Hi, am I the only one who's seeing off-color links without underlines on 
most pages in daily builds since yesterday (Sep.5)?  For example, 
www.yahoo.com is now all black.  I figured it would have been fixed 
pronto by the next build, but it's still here.  Wouldn't the smoketest 
process pick this up and reject a build with such an obvious problem? 
Or am I the only one seeing this?
