Already available? Where? I checked http://www.mozilla.org,
http://www.mozilla.org/releases, netscape.public.mozilla.announce, and
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases. The release notes seems be
up, though (http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla0.9.4).
