weather.com maps

When I go to http://www.weather.com/weather/local/48108 and try to view 
the map in motion, it says that I don't have the x-java-vm plugin, so I 
click and it looks like it downloads and installs, but then it still 
doesn't work.  Is anyone else having this problem?
