This is a bad idea because it leads to the view that .com is, in some 
way, more important than other top level domains. Currently, the 
namespace crunch in .com is helping no-one but squatters, and we should 
our best to not favour one TLD over others. ICANN is messing things up 
enough for new ones without us helping.
