Rejecting animations

Does anyone know how to reject animations (Specifically advertising) in
Netscape 4.7 using code vs the "Stop Animations" feature on each web
page loaded?  I'd like to make it program wide vs web page wide.

I'm running Netscape 4.7 on Solaris 8.
