There is a problem in Mozilla about recognizing changes in contents.rdf
when re-installing a theme. May be best to first uninstall
and to install again.
Also note the current version on x.t.o *only* works on the very latest
builds (2001091903).
Way to fix things manually: edit all-skins.rdf in the chrome dir of the
profile dir, and change the 'skinVersion' values for LittleMozilla to 0.9.4
This trick may work for other skins also...

P.s. someone said this is the very last change in theme format,
let's hope so, otherwise there will be no theme developers left
after this continues struggle against these changes.
