No, there is not a decent one.  There is at least one that I know of,
but it is not any good and does not emulate a modern Mac, only an
older 68k Mac, which Mozilla doesn't run on anyway.

I suggest getting an older iMac.  That way you could run MacOS 9.1 on
it and really test Mozilla in a useful way.  eBay is a good source for
used computers.
