Hi,
I'm running netscape 4.75 on alpha linux (suse) and can't
get the thing to start external application when clicking on
a link.
I select 'edit/preferences...', in the list of the dialog I select
'navigator/applications' and hit 'new...' In that dialog I enter
something like:
description: PDF File
mime-type: application/pdf
suffixes: pdf
In set the radio buttons to 'application' and enter 'xpdf %s'
(or '/what/ever/the/path/is/xpdf %s')
Now when I click on a link, the file gets downloaded but
nothing happens when it's done. No error message, no nothing.
It worked that way with TRUE 64
Any ideas?
