Hi Robert,

The attachments aren't called winmail.dat by any chance?  Those are 
generated by Outlook and are when the client has decided for some odd 
reason to use Rich Text for sending email.  Ask the clients to use HTML 
instead (if they want rich text formatting) and that should solve that 
one.  At our company, we had to insist that ALL our users were not 
allowed to use Rich Text as only Microshaft products can read them 
unless you get  Fentun.  We had many outside customers complaining they 
couldn't read our emails.
