printing - no button to switch on/off of pagebackground

Is this true (as it is unbeliveable):

No button availabe for separate setup of
page-background-printing ?

(Like for page background view)

This is astonishing senseless and personal:
a reason to drop/uninstall mozilla.

Any comment?
