I get this problem too. It is very annoying. I also get a similar problem when filling out HTML forms. Sometimes I have a lot of text to put into a little, scrollable, HTML form box. Sometimes it will disappear, and I have to start over because I don't know if my text is really in there or not. And FYI: This happens for me on 0.9.5 on Win2k. Brian!
