Hope this is the proper newsgroup for this inquiry and my apologies if
it is not.

I am working with a web designer to develop a site for my employer.
Neither of us are great wiz's at it but we get by. The designer is
trying out a feature on me that works great in IE, pretty good in
Netscape 4.72, but not in Moz 9.5.

It is a quick link on the left side of the page - javascript. In IE,
it just shows the Quick Links bar, and with mouse rollover it opens it
up to reveal the links. In Moz, it is always open, at least in my
copy. It could be all I need to do is change a setting somewhere (I
have javascripts enabled).

Here's the url:
http://www.nomealaska.org/cityofnome/government/

(not much for features yet..it is brand new and not published yet.)

I'm hoping someone will take a look and let me know how to change the
script (above my capabilities) so it will work, or what else I can do
short of not using it. (Which remains an option.) Or, will later
versions be able to handle this kind of thing? I wouldn't be surprised
if this script was not following standards...

Or direct me to the proper source for this kind of info.

Thanks, JD (to email personally, take the trash out of address..)
