I don't think it is this, since the littlemozilla theme was updated explicitly for version 0.9.5. Actually having played around with it some more, it seems like the menu under "Apply Theme" in the "View" pulldown has no effect at all. I can set the theme to "Modern" in the Theme Preferences, but not from the "Apply Theme" submenu. As already mentioned, this is the case for me and for all test users I had created to check this.
