So, out of interest, what stops you - yes, YOU - from contributing to Mozilla? Is it lack of documentation? The complexity of the code? The fact that you're behind a firewall and can't access IRC, CVS, FTP or anything other than http? (that's my excuse). The complexity of setting up the build environment? The sheer daunting size of the project? Lack of time? Not realising that your help actually might be appreciated? What would have to change about the project to change your level of involvement?
