I think the trouble with XUL.mfl actually started before Oct 24. I've had to remove it on almost every build I've downloaded since Oct 11 bacause of display problems in mail-news. I have a perl script I use to install a new build, and added this to the set of files to delete, so I won't have any more problems caused by this evil thing. :)
