Flash Plugin is included as part of the Ntescape 6.2 download Package as well as RealPlayer 8 which in not compatible with ReplayerPlus which is most current.
Mozilla doesn't have any included plugins other than the Java Plugin and the Default plugin. As Mozilla is a opensource project it has not ties to any given product. AS Netscape is a comercial Product they are allowed to work out aggreements with companies to include various products.
