Well, first I'm going to thank you on behalf of hundreds of people behind the application. I can certainly say it's nice to see someone with a legitimate question not slamming the entire application due to a somewhat minor issue. Now, it SOUNDS like another focus issue, where certain items are stealing focus when they shouldn't be. The Autocomplete dropdown does this currently. You start typing, and you have to click (anywhere) outside the dropdown before you can click the go button (or anything else for that matter). A small annoyance, but it's there. I'd file a bug if I were you.
