Netscape 6.2 Windows2000 Don't Start

Hi,
I have install Netscape 6.2 on Windows2000, and i only obtain the start
window ...(processor load to 98%) and netscape never start ...
I have try on Mac OSX and windows 98 no problem what can i do ?
