What does any of that have to do with a web browser (ok, I'll give you the last
one, but that's easily overcome using the 'copy link location' function, and
running an external mail client on the selection buffer)

Most of what you complain about is best done by another application.  This
whole"everything and the kitchen sink" mentality has got to go.  Small programs,
each specializing in a certain task, doing it well, and doing it efficiently
with a way to communicate with each other is the way to truly progress.

"Corporate" drones just don't get it, having been fed M$ monolithic application crap 
for too long.
