Over the last few months there have been a multitude of discussions on these newsgroups about the current situation with the context menus in navigator. It seems that while everyone agrees that the context menus are way too long, no one wants his favorite feature removed, and so we simply cannot reach an agreement as to which menuitems to kill.
Not willing to wait for the engineers to figure this one out, I write a little XUL application which allows you to edit the context menus in navigator without having to hack into the chrome jar files. You simply uncheck the menuitems you don't want, and when you restart navigator they will be gone. The "Context Editor" as I am calling it is available at the XulPlanet download section, http://www.xulplanet.com/downloads/view.cgi?category=applications Aaron Andersen www.XulPlanet.com
