Very odd. I called up MBNA just now, and eventually was routed to
technical support. Of course the answer I get is "We don't support
Mozilla." I replied "I'm not *asking* you to *support* it, just don't
*exclude* it. If you would just code the page to WWWC standards, there
would be no problem." Again the "we don't support it" mantra. I said
"Just make a note that at least one customer is seriously pissed off
that he cannot access your Web site with his fully 128-bit
encryption-compliant browser." I might just have to dump the friggin'
credit card.

Perhaps that could be the problem. I don't *have* a jre/plugins/ns600
directory. Windows 2000.

"ns4 plugins directory?" No such animal over here. When I installed
QuickTime, there was no option to install anything but the Internet
Explorer plugin.

I'm sure the Netscape folks have figured this stuff out for 6.2, and
bet that the same procedure and files will work for 0.9.5, but there's
no information about plugins available on the Netscape site. I just
wish somewhere there was a how-to on getting plugins working in
Mozilla.

Oh yeah, another gripe: how come every single time I access a
RealAudio file the darned confirmation box comes up? Unchecking the
"always ask when opening this file" does nothing, as does attempting
to install it as a helper app. Though I suppose this can be found in
Bugzilla.
