And what were those problems?  Perhaps something isn't clearly labeled 
and should be changed to make it easier?  You said the setup is 
difficult, I say the setup is no more difficult than any other email 
client, and simpler than some at that.  The directions are very clear, 
very precise, I fail to see how anyone could have difficulty with this 
part of the process and still have the ability to read and use a 
computer
